Manage Training Tests
The Manage Training Tests module enables administrators to create, view, edit, delete, and filter tests tied to specific training categories and courses. This module supports structured evaluation of learners within the training system.

Add New Training Test
- Click
+ Add Training Testto create a new test. - Requires:
- Test Name (text, required): A descriptive name for the test.
- Training Category (dropdown, required): The category under which the test falls.
- Training Course (dropdown, required): The course associated with the test.
- Maximum Duration (Minutes): Time limit for completing the test.
- Maximum Questions To Attempt: The cap on the number of questions a user can attempt during the test.

Filter Tests
Filter the tests list by:- Test Name (text input)
- Training Category (dropdown)
- Training Course (dropdown)
- Status (dropdown: Active, Inactive)
ClickApplyto view filtered results.

View Tests
Displays a table with:- Checkboxes for selecting tests for bulk actions.
- Test Name: Name of the test.
- Training Category: Category under which the test is organized.
- Training Course: The associated course for the test.
- Maximum Duration (Minutes): Allowed time for the test.
- Maximum Questions To Attempt: Cap on the number of questions.
- Status: Indicates if the test is Active or Inactive.
- Action: Options to
EditorDeleteeach test.

Bulk Actions
Perform actions such as Delete or Status Update on multiple selected tests using the βBulk Actionβ dropdown. -
Pagination Control
Allows selection of how many tests to display per page (e.g., 30).
Add β Training Testβ
- Click
+ Add Training Test. - Fill in the required fields:
- Test Name: Enter the test's name.
- Training Category: Select from existing categories.
- Training Course: Select from existing courses tied to the category.
- Maximum Duration (Minutes): Set the time limit for the test.
- Maximum Questions To Attempt: Define the question cap for the test.
- Submit to save the test, which will appear in the list as βActive.β
Edit Training Testβ
- Click the
Editbutton beside the test you wish to modify. - Update any of the following:
- Test Name
- Training Category
- Training Course
- Maximum Duration
- Maximum Questions
- Save changes.
Delete Training Testβ
- Click the
Deletebutton beside the test. - Confirm the deletion prompt to permanently remove the test.
Bulk Actionsβ
- Select the checkboxes for the tests you wish to modify.
- Choose the desired action from the βBulk Actionβ dropdown (e.g., Delete, Activate, Deactivate).
- Confirm to apply the action to the selected tests.
Fieldsβ
- Test Name: The name used to identify the test.
- Training Category: The category under which the test is organized.
- Training Course: The specific course tied to the test.
- Maximum Duration (Minutes): The time limit for the test.
- Maximum Questions To Attempt: The maximum number of questions a user can attempt.
- Status: Shows if the test is Active or Inactive in the system.

Enter the total time (in minutes) learners will have to complete the test. -
Maximum Questions To Attempt (
required):
Specify the maximum number of questions a learner can attempt during the test session. -
Maximum Attempts Allowed (
required):
Select how many times a learner is allowed to attempt the test. -
Passing Percentage (
required):
Set the percentage a learner must score to pass the test.
User Action Stepsβ
1οΈβ£ Click + Add Training Test.
2οΈβ£ Complete all required fields:
- Select the Training Category.
- Select the Training Course.
- Enter the Test Name.
- Enter the Maximum Duration (Minutes).
- Specify the Maximum Questions To Attempt.
- Specify the Maximum Attempts Allowed.
- Set the Passing Percentage. 3οΈβ£ Submit to create the test, which will then appear in the Manage Training Tests list as βActiveβ.
